Make A Wave provides education, coaching, accountability, and lifestyle support. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or individualized medical nutrition therapy. Make A Wave does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace the care of your physician or other qualified healthcare professional. When a concern falls outside the scope of coaching, appropriate referral to a qualified healthcare professional may be recommended. Your health deserves a team when a team is needed.
